About Us

Lisa Bruns of Bloomington offers a complete music program where both children and parents learn through music and movement.  Ms. Bruns is a licensed  music educator.   Lisa has spent her adult life as a music educator and performer.  A graduate of Heidelberg University in Music Education, she also has a Master’s degree from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in Vocal Performance.  She brings her love of music and children to her music classes offered at Bloomington Developmental Learning Center, the Bloomington Parks and Recreation department and various preschools in the community.  She is also the music teacher at Stinesville Elementary School.  Having two children she recognized the need for quality musical experiences for children to enjoy with their families that would provide a foundation for future learning in all areas of development. 

Ms. Bruns offers a variety of music classes,  including Signing Babies  for children 6 months to 2 years, Music Time  for children 12 months to 3 years old  and Music Capers for the preschool child ages 3 to 5 and a Sing and Sign curriculum for the preschool child.  She also teaches private voice and flute lessons.
